These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pranavanfoods website, online store, products and related services. By visiting our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Pranavanfoods
Pranavanfoods is a food brand operated by Pranavan Food Products, offering traditional sweets, snacks, savouries and related food products through its e-commerce website and other authorized sales channels.
Our product range may include products prepared using traditional Chekku groundnut oil, coconut oil, cow milk, coconut milk, jaggery and other ingredients, depending on the individual product.
Product ingredients, allergens, net quantity, shelf life, storage instructions and other relevant information should be checked on the individual product page and/or product packaging.
2. Online Store Terms
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are using the website with appropriate authorization where required.
You must not use our products, website or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website's security, functionality, servers, networks or other users.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products, including:

Pranavanfoods products may contain or be manufactured/handled in environments involving ingredients such as groundnuts/peanuts, tree nuts, milk, gluten-containing cereals, sesame, coconut and other allergens, depending on the product.
If you or the intended consumer has a known food allergy or intolerance, please carefully review the product label and contact our customer-support team before consumption if clarification is required.
Do not consume a product if you are uncertain about its suitability for your allergy or dietary requirement.
5. Product Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Pranavanfoods has accepted the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an applicable refund will be initiated according to our refund process.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers and other authorized payment services.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Pranavanfoods is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a customer's bank, card issuer, UPI service or independent payment-service provider.
Customers should not share OTPs, passwords, PINs or other confidential banking credentials with unauthorized persons.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Pranavanfoods currently provides free delivery across India, subject to serviceability and applicable terms.
Our general estimated delivery period is 4–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as:
- Courier delays
- Postal delays
- Remote delivery locations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Festivals
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

10. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.
Tracking information is dependent on updates received from the applicable courier, postal or logistics provider.
A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has not moved.
11. Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled according to our applicable Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because many Pranavanfoods products are food products and may be prepared, packed or dispatched promptly after an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible once processing, packing or dispatch has reached the applicable stage.
Customers should contact Customer Support as soon as possible when requesting cancellation.
12. Returns and Refunds
Food products are perishable and/or consumable goods, and returns may therefore be restricted for food-safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns, replacements or refunds may be considered in qualifying circumstances such as:

- Package materially damaged upon delivery

- Other eligible fulfilment issues
Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, order number and other reasonable evidence.

13. Storage and Consumption
Customers must follow the storage, handling, shelf-life and consumption instructions provided on the product packaging.
